La Casa Clu is a civil association, recreation and learning center where the children from San Ignacio, Nayarit a rural small town in the Bahía de Banderas area can come and feel free to express their feelings.
Our team of psychologists, teachers, artists, athletes, professionals and volunteers has built a program of art and sports classes and workshops, field trips and games to create new opportunities and a better future for the kids of this community.
It is through emotional support that we approach them, trying to record happy memories of their childhood in their memory, as well as a conscious education that expands their paradigm and mental map.

Help us prepare for the rainy season
Each summer the rains come hard and heavy and we need to make structural updates to various parts of Casa Clu's structure:
We need to:
- Change the roof of the workshop zone (Total cost ~70,000 pesos)
- Repair the street in front of the centre. It's one of the main drainage channels for the river, which then flows into the ocean in Sayulita. We need it rebuild with pavement, gutters, filters, and pipes to ensure that what reaches the stream is not trash and that the force of the water does not erode the soil or endanger our strucutre or safety of the children (Total cost ~$250,000 pesos)
- Repair roofs and bodegas to make more impermeable against the rains (Total cost ~$6,000 pesos)
